Devonshire and Associates is a design/build company specializing in residential additions and renovations in older, urban Toronto neighbourhoods. Designer Barbara Devonshire and contractor Steve Atkinson blend the new with the old for seamless, integrated interiors and exteriors.

Working with a range of architects, architectural technologists, engineers, on-site contractors, and specialty tradesmen, we can complete whole house renovations, large or small additions, lower basements, add dormers, and create new kitchens and bathrooms with custom designed and built cabinetry.

We are also pleased to offer small interior design jobs such as single room makeovers. Our work has been showcased in Style at Home and Chatelaine magazine as well as on the television show, Cityline.
